Wolfcast provides a platform for users to engage in meaningful discussions about prediction markets and current events. We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful community for all users.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Wolfcast has zero tolerance for objectionable content of any kind. Content that violates our community standards will result in immediate removal and account termination.

Prohibited Content:

We do not allow and will immediately remove:

Hate Speech & Harassment: Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic
Threats & Violence: Threats of violence, promotion of violence, or graphic violent content
Sexual Content: Sexually explicit material, sexual solicitation, or sexual exploitation
Spam & Manipulation: Spam, deceptive practices, misleading information, or manipulation of the platform
Harassment & Bullying: Targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, or unwanted contact
Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal activities, fraud, or violation of laws
Impersonation: Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
Harmful Misinformation: Content that poses a direct threat to public health or safety

Enforcement Actions

Users who post objectionable content will face immediate consequences:

Immediate Content Removal: Violating content will be deleted within 24 hours of being reported
Account Suspension: User accounts will be immediately suspended pending review
Permanent Ban: Users who violate our community guidelines will be permanently banned from all community features
No Appeal for Severe Violations: Severe violations (threats, hate speech, sexual content) result in immediate permanent ban with no appeal process

Reporting Violations

How to Report:

Every comment in Wolfcast has a flag button that allows you to report inappropriate content:

Tap the menu (⋮) on any comment
Select "Report" from the options
Choose a reason: Spam, Harassment, Misinformation, Inappropriate Content, or Other
Submit your report

What Happens Next:

Your report is immediately sent to our moderation team
Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours
You'll never be notified when others are banned (privacy protection)
False reports or abuse of the reporting system may result in account action

User Controls & Tools

Block Users: Block any user to hide their comments from your feed. Manage your blocked users list in Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.

Delete Your Own Comments: Delete any of your own comments at any time. Deleted comments cannot be recovered.

Age Requirements

Wolfcast is rated 17+ due to:

Unrestricted web access to prediction market data
User-generated content from diverse sources
Discussion of complex political and economic topics

By using Wolfcast, you confirm you are at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Important Disclaimer: Wolfcast is an informational tool only. We do not operate prediction markets, facilitate trading, or provide financial advice. Any decisions you make based on information in the App are solely your responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App without permission
Use automated systems or bots to access the App
Impersonate any person or entity

7. Third-Party Services

The App may display content from or link to third-party services, including prediction market platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date
Our refund policy as stated at the time of purchase

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfcast and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
