How do I create an account?

You can sign up using your Google account or email address. Tap "Sign Up" on the login screen and follow the prompts.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your device's app store (App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android). Go to your Account Settings in the respective store to cancel. Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Where does the prediction market data come from?

We aggregate publicly available data from various prediction market platforms. The App provides informational insights and does not facilitate trading.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly in the app: Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data including your profile, watchlist, predictions, and chat history. This action cannot be undone.

The app is crashing or not working properly

Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app, 2) Check for app updates, 3) Restart your device, 4) Reinstall the app. If issues persist, contact support with details about your device and the problem.
