We're sorry to see you go. This page explains how to delete your Wolfcast account and what data will be removed.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Delete In-App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Wolfcast app:

Open the Wolfcast app
Go to Settings (gear icon in the tab bar)
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm your decision when prompted

Your account will be deleted immediately after confirmation.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion by email:

Send an email from your registered account email address
Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
We will verify your identity and process your request

Request Account Deletion

Processing Time: In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 48 hours during business days.

Note on Subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) before deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Data Retention

After account deletion:

Your personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems
Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes
Some data may be retained as required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance)
Backup systems are purged within 30 days
